Move Over Guys, There's A lady Moving Into NASCAR Full Time In 2012

Danica Patrick (born March 25, 1982) is currently competing in the IZOD IndyCar Series full-time for Andretti Autosport and she is also competing in the NASCAR Nationwide Series part time for Jr Motor Sports. Danica was named Rookie of the Year for the 2005 Indianapolis 500 and the 2005 IndyCar Season. She won her first and only IndyCar Series career win in the 2008 Indy Japan 300; Patrick became the first woman to win an Indy Car race. She placed 3rd in the 2003 Indianapolis 500 , which was both a personal best for her at the track, and the highest finish by a woman in the event's history. In 2010, Patrick began racing in the NASCAR Nationwide Series, driving the #7 Go Daddy. COM Chevrolet Impala for JR Motor Sports part-time. She had her best career finish of 4th in the Nationwide series on March 5, 2011 at Las Vegas Speedway —the best finish by a woman in NASCAR's top three Series. On August 25th via live video conference on NASCAR. COM, Danica ended months of Speculation after announcing her 2012 plans.
Danica made it official that she will move to the NASCAR Nationwide Series full-time in 2012, and also run a partial Sprint Cup schedule for Stewart- Hass Racing. During the live conference, Danica Patrick and Go Daddy. COM founder Bob Parson signed the last document to make it official for her to race in the Nationwide Series full time. Danica will have sponsorship from Go Daddy. COM with JR Motor sports in the Nationwide Series and Stewart-Haas Racing in the Sprint Cup Series. Her partial schedule in the Sprint Cup Series is not set yet, she believes that they will run  8-10 races  in 2012. Danica also stated that the car number for her Sprint Cup car with Stewart- Hass racing has not been decided yet. "We are excited to finally announce that Go Daddy will be taking me full-time into NASCAR next year," Patrick said. "Very exciting, I'm just excited to finally say it." She would like to continue to run the Indy 500, but nothing is official on that yet. Bob Parson stated that he believes that Go Daddy. COM is staying in IndyCar, and he also stated that there is a special announcement going to happen in the future about Go Daddy. COM and the IndyCar series.
I truly believe Danica should get the respect she deserves, because she is truly one of the best female racers in the world and she will be competing against some of the best drivers in the country. After the 2011 IndyCar Series is over, I wouldn’t be surprised if the IndyCar series ticket sales and TV ratings go down alot. She is one of the most popular drivers in the IndyCar series and without her what does the IndyCar series have? There are many details remaining, such as the actual races she'll run in the Sprint Cup Series but for now, the major news is out there. So keep your eye on this girl, because I truly believe she will be making history for herself in the NASCAR Nationwide Series in 2012 full time.
